Dawson Thomas Breaux Remembered As Family Fundraiser Seeks Support For Memorial Costs And Ongoing Household Needs
Dawson Thomas Breaux was welcomed by Leslie Gonsoulin on May 22, 2026, and passed away about one month later from SIDS.
Caroline Weiss organized a fundraiser on behalf of Leslie Gonsoulin to help the family after this profound loss.
As of Saturday, June 20, 2026, the campaign had raised $4,625 toward a $7.5K goal through 26 donations.
The fundraiser states that the funds will help cover Dawson’s funeral expenses, medical bills related to Doug Gonsoulin’s primary CNS lymphoma of the brain, daily living needs, and therapy services for grief support.
The family has also faced the passing of Jay Gonsoulin from ALS in 2025, adding to a difficult year for loved ones.
