Juan Felipe Diaz, a hardworking father who came to America to provide for family, has passed away after a recent illness led to organ failure.
Family members described Juan as kind, respectful, quiet, and deeply committed to making sacrifices for the future of children who cared greatly for him.
Ashley Martinez created a fundraiser on behalf of Norma Diaz on June 20, 2026, to help cover funeral expenses and honor Juan’s final wish to return to Guatemala, where family members live and where Juan wanted to rest.
As of the post, the fundraiser had raised $535 toward a $7,500 goal through 17 donations.
The family thanked supporters for compassion and generosity during this difficult time, and details regarding memorial services will be announced later by family members.
